The song is the debut release from their upcoming fourth studio album, Random Access Memories, which s due out May 21st through Columbia Records and Daft Life Limited. The French house artist known as Kavinsky released his debut studio album, OutRun, on February 25. Although Kavinsky (born Vincent Belorgey) has been making music since 2005, it wasn’t until 2011 that he achieved more mainstream recognition after his track “Nightcall” was featured in the film Drive. If you follow this blog regularly, you probably notice that we don’t follow the house/dubstep scene very closely, but I think this album (and song, in particular) is deserving of the attention it’s getting.
