The American indie rock group Bright Eyes released their seventh studio album, The People’s Key, back on February 15. The group currently consists of guitarist/vocalist Conor Oberst, trumpet and piano player Nate Walcott, and producer Mike Mogis. Their unique blend of rock, folk, and at times pop are what first attracted me to this Omaha-based group. Check out “Shell Games” below, as well as their popular track, “First Day of My Life,” from their 2005 album I’m Wide Awake It’s Morning. (Submitted by Chase)
